Bosch’s AVENAR panel series presents significant improvements in terms of scalability, integration, and processing power, and offers a new level of safety, control, and efficiency. While AVENAR panel 2000 is the key solution for smaller projects, AVENAR panel 8000 is for larger-scale installations. Both panels support the current generation of LSNi-based connections, call stations, Ethernet architecture, and other critical components. They can be linked to Bosch voice alarm systems, building management systems, other safety systems, and enable remote services for cloud-based control and maintenance.
Program
The eMatrix graphic user interface (GUI) of the AVENAR panels offers full control via a 7-inch screen. The intuitive interface provides a clear status overview of connected fire protection equipment and evacuation zones. eMatrix also controls voice alarm, door control, as well as HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning.) It enables safety managers to optimize protection by monitoring automatically-triggered evacuations and offers the possibility to interfere manually when required.
Remote Services
Bosch Remote Services are a secure, efficient way to monitor, maintain and service fire detection equipment remotely. To solve service queries preemptively and faster than before, you can receive immediate SMS and email notifications on alarms and faults directly from the installed system. It offers prompt information in case of fire alarms or system warnings. The secure connection via cloud infrastructure guarantees best in class cyber security measures.
Smart Safety Link Integration
You can connect your fire and voice alarm systems with Bosch’s Smart Safety Link. The IP-networked fire detectors automatically pinpoint the exact location of a fire to emergency responders for a heightened sense of situational awareness. Then, the system broadcasts voice announcements with clear evacuation instructions. And lastly, the Smart Safety Link allows for a “phased” evacuation of the building by different zones, starting with addressing building occupants closest to the threat, creating a highly efficient emergency response that avoids panic and directs people to safety via the shortest, safest, escape routes.
AVIOTEC Series: Video-based Fire Detection

Bosch’s AVIOTEC system delivers more accuracy than any other video-based fire detection platform on the market. The Vds-proven camera technology and intelligent software algorithms analyze the video footage directly in the camera. There is no additional processing unit needed, reducing installation efforts and costs.
At a glance, AVIOTEC identifies “hidden” fires, smoldering fires, and burning liquids. It detects fires where they start, speeding up reaction times and improving rescue response and minimizing damage at the site; it detects disturbances using raw data with no transmission or compression; and it performs root-cause analyses with recorded videos.
