Technical Support Engineer
- Provide help desk support to customers and handle problem escalations
- Onsite Installations, testing and commissioning of the Systems
- Maintain service call logs, Activity Report and Status reports of Customer
- Provide end-user trainings/Seminars for Security Systems (Access Control, Surveillance <both Analog and IP videos> and Intrusions), FDAS and BGM/PA
- Provide end-user training on Security and Access Control System
- Provide a Preventive Maintenance Activity of the Systems
- Provide response for emergency calls coming from the customer
Procurement Assistant
- Issuing purchase orders to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers
- Ensuring that orders received are accurate
- Ensuring goods received are not damaged
- Handling goods throughout the purchasing process
- Working closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company
- Maintaining current awareness of industry market trends
- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
- Monitor industry trends to support informed buying decisions
